Products & Orders

All GIA pieces are made with care and intention. Due to the nature of our materials (including natural stones and pearls), slight variations in colour, shape, and finish may occur. These are not considered faults, but part of the uniqueness of each piece.

We reserve the right to:

Refuse or cancel any order at our discretion
Limit quantities purchased
Update product pricing at any time without notice

Once an order is placed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.

Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in AUD unless otherwise stated.

Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase. We accept secure payments via Shopify’s supported payment methods.

We are not responsible for any additional fees charged by your bank or payment provider.

Shipping

Shipping timeframes are estimates only and may vary.

Once your order has been dispatched, GIA is not responsible for delays, lost, or stolen parcels. Any issues with delivery must be raised with the shipping provider.

Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders sent to incorrect addresses.

Returns & Refunds

We do not offer returns for change of mind.

Returns are only accepted in exceptional circumstances (such as faulty or incorrect items) and must be approved by us. Please refer to our Returns & Refund Policy for full details.

Intellectual Property

All content on this site—including images, branding, designs, and text—is owned by GIA and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GIA is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.

Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the item.
