Each GIA piece is made with intention, then carefully prepared for its journey to you.

Processing
All pieces are made to order. Please allow 2–5 business days for creation and dispatch. During collection launches or high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

Australia

• Standard: 3–7 business days
• Express: 1–3 business days

International

• Standard: 6–12 business days
• Express: 3–6 business days

All orders are shipped with tracking via trusted carriers.

Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking details via email.

Customs & Duties
International orders may be subject to customs duties or taxes. These are the responsibility of the recipient.

Delays
While we work closely with our shipping partners, delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary due to external factors beyond our control.

Address Accuracy
Please ensure all details are correct at checkout. GIA cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at purchase.
