Returns & Refunds
At GIA, every piece is thoughtfully made with intention and care. Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer returns or refunds for change of mind.
We encourage you to choose carefully and reach out prior to purchase if you have any questions—we’re always happy to help guide your decision.
Exceptions
In rare circumstances, a return may be considered at our discretion.
These exceptions are strictly limited to:
- Items that arrive damaged
- Items that are faulty
- Incorrect items received
If you believe your order qualifies, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the item
- A brief description of the issue
Requests submitted outside of this timeframe may not be accepted.
Approval Process
If your request is approved:
- The item must be returned in its original condition, unworn, and in original packaging
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless deemed faulty
Once received and inspected, we will offer either:
- A replacement (if available), or
- Store credit
Refunds will only be issued in exceptional circumstances and at GIA’s sole discretion.
Final Sale
All sale items and promotional purchases are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
